After logging in the user is directed to the dashboard module which display;

  • Total users
  • Installed apps.
  • Total roles created.
  • Account type.
  • Expiration date and
  • Activation link for supplier and buyer portals.


Modules shown upon login:

  1. Dashboard: For general overview. 
  2. Application: For app installation (second phase).
  3. License Details: Plan selection, payments, and payment plan changes.

Process Overview:

  1. User logs in successfully.
  2. User makes prompt selection of preferred payment plan using the license module.
  3. Selected Payment plan determines number of users granted access.
  4. Installation of the application is required for full access to the e-procurement features..

Upon installing any of the applications, an activation link for each installed app appears on the admin dashboard.

ACTIVE LINK.

With Yaraa.io as the parent account, a user can copy and send the active link to redirect another user to create a procurement buyer or supplier account. The user can create a new vendor or sign in to an existing user account that has been created via the active links.

Product Journey Guide: 

On the dashboard screen, there is an AI guide (Muna) that can help a new user with a step-by-step guide to setup every necessary setting required for the smooth running of the Yaraa platform. Upon successful signup and login, Muna automatically pops up and is always ready to guide every new user; all you need to do is click "continue".
