To Select a plan and make payment, user will use the following steps: 

  1. First, Click on license details. 
  2. Click on the change plan tile (account type).Fig.40 license details landing screen.
  3. Select a plan, by clicking on your preferred price plan (starter plan, standard plan or enterprise plan).
  4. Input number of preferred users. 
  5. Click on save.Fig.41 popup screen to choose payment plan,
     
  6. Input preferred number of users. 
  7. Select payment option; Stripe or Paystack (3 payment methods).

Upon successfully selecting a plan, the next step is the payment method option. There are two (2) different methods of payment; 

  1. Pay-stack.
  2. Stripe.

1. Paystack: Paystack is the  most convenient means of making payment within Nigeria,with three payment option: 

  • Card payment: payment made using ATM cards.
  • Direct bank payment: payment directly from banks. 
  • USSD payment method: payment using bank dial short codes.

2. Stripe: The stripe method of making payments are for users outside Nigeria. 

  1. The customer provides their card information, either online or in person.
  2. Those card details enter Stripe's payment gateway, which encrypts the data.
  3. Stripe sends that data to the acquirer, which is a bank that will process the transaction on the user's behalf.

 

After a successful payment (using Paystack or stripe) the next screen indicates "payment successful".   Fig.44 landing screen indicating successful payment.


 

Upon successful payment, the user is redirected to a license detail page showing the countdown to next expiration date.

Note: Upon successful payment, a receipt will be sent to user's email.
