Through network messages, user can setup a notification message that triggers the system to send a message each time any of the setup message functions are in play. It greatly enhance the user experience. For instance, when an invoice notification message is created, the system can automatically send an invoice notification message to the user anytime an invoice transaction is carried out. This feature ensures that users are always kept informed about their transactions and can take the necessary actions promptly. To set up this feature, you will need to define the conditions that trigger the notification and specify the message content. Additionally, you may want to customize the notification settings for different users or groups of users based on their preferences or roles. With this setup in place, users can stay on top of their transactions without having to constantly check for updates manually.
