To create a PO invoice, user will: 

  1. Click on the invoice module on the supplier portal.
  2. Select create invoice tile. 
  3. Select P.O number using dropdown.
  4. Input invoice number.
  5. Payment terms (auto updated).
  6. Due date (auto updated).
  7. Click the checkbox if is advance payment (optional). 
  8. Click on the submit button.Fig.44 popup screen after clicking create invoice.


  • When the User clicks on submit, he is redirected to the landing page as shown below. On this page, the User is mandated to confirm invoice by clicking on the invoice draft item to review details and Add note to invoice when necessary. Fig.45 pop up screen after create invoice is clicked and created invoice show as draft

  • After the item details have been added to the invoice, user can can proceed to add note "when necessary". When the invoice item have been added, the confirm button becomes activated.Fig.48 screen after save as draft has been clicked


  • Once the User clicks on Confirm, the Invoice is immediately forwarded for approval on the buyer side and the status shows Pending.Fig.49 pop up screen after confirm button has been clicked, which automatically shows invoice status as pending as annotated with red. 


  • User can decide to save invoice as draft if uncompleted.

  • User can also make a quick search using the search box or filter search beneath Recent documents. Fig.43 pop-up screen after clicking Invoice module. The search box and filter button is annotated with red box.
