When creating an invoice, it is important to ensure that you have an existing supplier and an executed requisition. This will enable you to proceed with the process smoothly and efficiently. Once you have established this, you can then create either a purchase order invoice or a non-purchase order invoice using the relevant tab. Both options offer their own unique benefits and can be tailored to suit the user's specific needs. By utilizing these tools effectively, you can streamline your invoicing process and ensure that all transactions are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

There is a filter search box option as shown in the image 4.2 below, with details showing: 

  • Start date.
  • End date.
  • Purchase order code. 
  • ERP invoice. 
  • Supplier invoice number. 
  • Invoice status.

Create invoice popup screen is for creating new invoice for either purchase order invoice or non-purchase order invoice. Fig.304 create invoice popup screen

 Purchase order invoice created will automatically be updated on the table log and appear as draft item.  Fig.305 annotated is a newly invoice created showing as draft.


Landing screen after clicking on the draft invoice created. User will then proceed to add note to an invoice by simply using the Notes feature space. User can then proceed to confirm invoice by clicking the "confirm" button. Upon confirming invoice, the invoice status becomes posted.

Pending invoices item goes to the approval module to be approved by the authorized user.
