To recover password, user will : 

  • Click or copy the supplier link in the buyer portal.
  • Click sign in.

  • Click forgot password button (as annotate in figure 382 below).
  • Input the email used during registration as a means of password recovery, and click reset password button
  • Click the recovery link sent to your mail. 
  • Create new password and retype to confirm password.
  • Click the submit button.
