User can create a paying bank for initiating all necessary payment. This help to create a seamless method of making payment and as well track all methods of payments made.
HOW TO CREATE PAYING BANKS.
- Click on setting.
- Click on accounting.
- Select paying bank.
- Click create paying bank.
- Select company using dropdown.
- Select type using dropdown (Bank, Flutter wave, paystack.
- Follow the prompt.
- Input payment description.
- Click "submit".
- When you select type, determines what popups next. Example: when you select bank as type, the next available option will be to select country, select bank, and input account number.
- Also, when you select flutter wave or paystack, the next option is to input public key and secrete key. Same thing applies for any other form of creating payment or adding paying banks, these payments varies base on county and location.
- User can as well upload file of an existing payment template by using the "upload template" toggle button (uploaded file should be in csv format).
