The catalogue module is where the vendor display or populate items they have for sale. This module is more of a vendor show room, where all available item can be seen by the buyer. User can view number of catalogue item, pending catalogue, User can search catalogue document using the search box or the top ten (10) dropdown.
The recent document log shows:
- ID
- Item name (Product name).
- Material category (UNSPSC).
- Material category code.
- Organization
- Date added
- Status.
- Price.
- More (use for view, edit and delete catalog item).
The Catalog item module shows three (3) separate tile:
- All: this tile shows all existing catalog item.
- Draft: It shows all created catalog item that are still save as draft and unpublished.
- Published: This tile shows all catalog item that have been created and published by the user.
