- Click on contract authoring.
- Click create new contract.
- Select contract types using dropdown.
- Click create contract.
- Select contract type.
- Select business partners.
- Choose primary contact using dropdown.
- Input description.
- Select legal entity using dropdown.
- Select start date & end date.
- Click continue.
- Input item description.
- Select currency using dropdown.
- Input price.
- Input quantity.
- Select unit of measurement.
- Click add.
- Tick the checkbox & click continue
- Select terms type using dropdown.
- Input term period.
- Select terms period time using dropdown.
- Select effective date and expiration date.
- input renewal terms length.
- Select renewal term time using dropdown.
- Input renewal notice in days (number).
- Click continue.
- Select contract clause and click continue.
- Add additional field when necessary and Click submit.
NOTE: Newly created contract will appear as draft on contract authoring table log for. (How to Publish Contracts)
