1. Click on contract authoring. 
  2. Click create new contract.
  3. Select contract types using dropdown. 
  4. Click create contract.
  5. Select contract type. 
  6. Select business partners.
  7. Choose primary contact using dropdown. 
  8. Input description.
  9. Select legal entity using dropdown. 
  10. Select start date & end date. 
  11. Click continue. 
  12. Input item description. 
  13. Select currency using dropdown. 
  14. Input price.
  15. Input quantity. 
  16. Select unit of measurement.
  17. Click add.  
  18. Tick the checkbox & click continue
  19. Select terms type using dropdown. 
  20. Input term period.
  21. Select terms period time using dropdown.
  22. Select effective date and expiration date. 
  23. input renewal terms length.
  24. Select renewal term time using dropdown.
  25. Input renewal notice in days (number).
  26. Click continue.  
  27. Select contract clause and click continue. 
  28. Add additional field when necessary and Click submit. 


NOTE: Newly created contract will appear as draft on contract authoring table log for. (How to Publish Contracts)
